Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you order from La Paris through www.laparis.com.vn, whether as a guest or with an account. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and pricing

Prices shown include VAT and may change without prior notice. Placing an order on the site does not automatically confirm it — after checkout you'll be prompted to send your order via Zalo or Messenger, and a team member confirms availability and final delivery/pickup timing with you directly.

2. Delivery and pickup

We ask for orders 24–48h ahead where possible. Store pickup and delivery across Hanoi are both available; exact timing is confirmed by message after you order, especially for same-day or last-minute requests.

3. Payment

Online payment is not currently available on the site. Payment is arranged directly with the shop (cash or bank transfer) when your order is confirmed.

4. Cancellations

Because our pastries are made fresh to order, please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order — we'll do our best to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee changes once preparation has started.

5. Accounts

Creating an account (via Google Sign-In) is optional and free. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure, since that's what protects access to your La Paris account. See our Privacy Policy for details on the data we collect.

6. Content

All text, photos and branding on this site belong to La Paris and may not be reused without permission.

7. Liability

We take care in preparing every order, but please let us know immediately of any issue with your order so we can make it right. Allergen information for each product is listed on its product page — please check it if you have food allergies.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
